Subject to your compliance with these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DailyWord for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and the App Store Terms of Service.
DailyWord may be offered as a one-time paid download and may offer optional in-app purchases (such as additional features). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Scripture quotations in DailyWord are taken from the King James Version (KJV) of the Holy Bible, which is in the public domain in the United States.
Verse explanations, category groupings, app design, photography, code, and all other original content within DailyWord are the property of the developer and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to create a competing product without permission.

DailyWord is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The verse explanations and insights provided in the App are offered for general reflection and inspiration and do not constitute religious, theological, medical, legal, or professional advice of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of DailyWord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
